After years working in the beverage industry with carbonation and nitrogenation systems, we saw how temperature and purity shape the drinking experience. Through connections with University of Queensland researchers, we also became more aware of growing concerns around contamination in everyday life, including microplastics and other pollutants that can be present in water and, by extension, ice.

That’s why we created Koolcube: premium 304 food‑grade stainless steel ice cubes designed to chill drinks without dilution, reduce reliance on constantly buying ice, and cut waste.
